• Thorough testing to ensure compatibility with multiple web browsers.

• On-going website maintenance (minor alterations often performed without additional cost).
• User-accessible website traffic statistics via two different programs.
• Domain-based e-mail setup & maintenance with multiple POP3 accounts as aliases.
• Written instructions & training along with a CD containing all files used for construction of your website.
• Access to an RDN Associates by phone or e-mail during normal business hours, 52 weeks a year.

RATES

• Complete websites are built for a fixed price established by agreement with you before we start.
• Discounts are offered for complete municipal and non-profit websites.
• Modifications of existing websites (those done by us or those done by others) are typically done at our hourly rate with a not-to-exceed limit established by agreement with you before we start.
• We do not raise our hourly rate for existing customers (e.g. if our hourly rate was $1 when you first became an RDN Associates client in 2001, the rate you'd be charged for our services during 2009 would still be $1 per hour).
• Retainer-based website services program offering a steeply discounted hourly rate is available for municpal and non-profit websites.
